1. How can I get started?

Please contacts us to arrange an initial consult. We will discuss the nature of the work at this meeting.

2. How many hours can I sign up for?

You can sign up for a minimum of 10 hours.

3. Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can adjust your plan from the next monthly billing cycle by requesting at least 3 weeks in advance.

4. What happens if I exceed the number of hours in a month?

Any overtime work will be performed upon confirmation and agreement with the client. Overtime charges will be added at 1.3 times the hourly rate and invoiced the following month.

5. Can I carry over unused time to the next month?

I’m sorry, unused time cannot be carried over to the next month.

6. How is information management handled?

When hiring staff, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and carefully manage any information obtained in the course of our work.

7. How can I check on the progress of work?

Tasks are managed via a cloud tool, allowing for instant progress information to be checked.

8. How long is the contract term?

The minimum contract period is 1 month.

9. How do I communicate with you?

We use communication tools such as chatwork, Slack, and ZOOM.

10. Cancellation

Please cancel your contract at least one month in advance.
